Neighbourhood Cinema Training Event - Brighton

As part of BFI Neighbourhood Cinema the ICO is delivering a series of training events to support new and existing community cinemas.

The fifth event of the year will be held on Friday 28 November 2014 as part of Screening Days South East, and will develop skills and information exchange around three key areas:

  • The BFI’s Neighbourhood Cinema scheme including support and funding available
  • New ways to access content for your programme
  • Programming best practice 

The training events are designed to help community cinemas develop regular and sustainable activity, and bring a diverse range of film content to communities across the UK.

This event has been funded by BFI Neighbourhood Cinema and is free to attend for community cinemas, film societies, touring cinemas and those putting on public screenings in community centres, village halls and local pubs etc.
