Join writer Busayo Ige and producers Angie Moneke and Simon Hatton for an online roundtable about their experiences making the short film Essex Girls, supported by BFI NETWORK South East.
This conversation is a chance to hear about their development and application process, how they budgeted and secured additional finance, casting, what mounting a short film production actually looks like and their reflections on what went well, what they’d do differently and how to make a successful application for funding.
The BFI NETWORK Short Film Fund is open until 23 May and supports the production of live-action, animation and immersive fiction film projects of up to 15 minutes.
