Trafalgar Releasing is looking to recruit a Theatrical Sales Assistant to join their team.

We are now looking for recruit a Theatrical Sales Assistant to join our busy team as we head into 2022.

Job purpose

To support the sales function at Trafalgar Releasing by acting as a sales liaison with exhibition clients as well as supporting all activities for the wider team from an administrative perspective.

Main duties

• Assist the sale team across all releases.
• Undertake cinema sales with nominated exhibitors in accordance with sales strategy and budget objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cinema programmers via meetings and networking.
• MACCS [Theatrical booking and invoicing system] administrator for the department, including booking contracts, setting up titles, new cinemas and general maintenance of the system.
• Ensure all relevant websites feature all bookings correctly.
• Provide box office and competitive title/market analysis to company.
• Responsible for accurate box-office reporting as a point of contact with Comscore.
• Responsible for calendar updates internally and external with Comscore.
• Undertaking any other duties which may be reasonably requested of you for the effective functioning of the department.

Person specification

• Exceptional attention to detail and fantastic organisation skills.
• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong IT skills and experience, particularly in Excel.
