Tenant Services Coordinator

Salary: £9.52 per hour, 21 hours per week

Would you like to join our Tenant Services team? Our Tenant Services Coordinators are an essential part of the Workstation community – they are ‘the face of the Workstation’ and are the first people visitors meet when they enter our beautiful art-deco building. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is welcoming, responsive, and likes to find solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a part time role to join the team, working in the vibrant and creative atmosphere of Showroom Workstation, an integrated media arts complex operating a café/bar, conference and events facilities, four-screen cinema and creative industries managed workspace.

The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all tenants and visitors to the Workstation receive the highest level of customer care as possible and that the services we offer are exemplary. The successful applicant will have a passion for offering exceptional customer service, be calm under pressure, and have good numeracy and computer skills. Some flexibility is needed to cover holidays and sickness.
