Salary: £26,000 per year

Tyneside Cinema is seeking a new People Manager.

This is a new, full-time, permanent role, created to provide the company with the support it requires through the development, implementation and administration of HR policies, strategy and procedures.

The role will provide knowledge and guidance to the team on best practice in HR management and play a contributing role in developing our organisation’s culture and a positive work environment, as well as undertaking day to day admin.
