Operations and Fulfilment Manager

Salary: £28,000 - 30,000

Radiance Films is looking for a driven Operations & Fulfilment Manager to work with our diverse team to lead operations and ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing processes, sourcing suppliers and supporting company growth.
Radiance is seeking someone from a customer-facing role with experience in working with systems who can apply themselves to this exciting challenge. Full training will be provided and opportunities for growth in the role and business as a whole are on offer as the business matures.

Role details:

• Full-time
• Fixed-term contract (12 months)

Role responsibilities:

• Oversee fulfilment process, managing internal resources and recruitment of seasonal staff as required
• Manage stock control, including ordering, stock planning for peak periods using sales analysis and forecasting
• Picking, packing and dispatch of daily orders
• Ensure fulfilment operations meet company guidelines
• Liaise with customer services team as required
• Maintain an efficient and productive warehouse
• Review and refine processes with a view to developing the business for growth and efficiency
• Source suppliers for materials across the supply chain process
• Collaborate with other departments such as customer service and marketing

Person specifications:

• Transferrable skills from using other systems based processes
• Experience handling and dealing with customer data preferable
• Good knowledge and understanding of databases
• Capable of performing heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the role
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams
• Leadership skills
