Membership Advisor (Systems)

Salary: £14,668 to £17,167 (FTE £24,546 to £28,728)

The BFI is seeking a membership systems advisor to ensure the support of the Membership scheme to deliver excellent Membership experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• To be a super-user of the relevant systems to support the Membership scheme
• Troubleshoot any database issues and report faults to internal and external service
• Review and maintain the System Improvement Plan and System Recovery Plan

 Experience & Skills

• Extensive knowledge and experience of using databases, preferably Audience View.
• Understanding of coordinating delivery of a customer facing or Membership scheme.
• Experience of supervising and coaching.

The role is predominantly based at BFI Southbank, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
