elevenfiftyfive is recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their team.

Job description

We are entertainment specialists. We know entertainment fans and how to engage them. We work with entertainment companies and consumer brands. Our services include creative, strategy, experiential, publicity, content creation, influencer & creator marketing, research, social media and partnerships (including sponsorship strategy + activation). We are also the creators of MASSIVE & Escapes.

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Senior Marketing & Partnerships manager on all projects for the team within the business. Key campaigns and initiatives include Escapes, Massive, Consumer/Brand Partnerships and elevenfiftyfive owned initiatives.

Hours: 37.5 hours
Contract: Permanent

Primary responsibilities

  • Social: Day to day ownership, creation and publishing of organic content calendars, paid advertising planning, activation and reporting. Current focus platforms are Meta, TikTok and Google suite.
  • Content Production: Working with Production Team, agencies/freelancers and clients to ensure Social first and wider digital content is produced based on business needs, performance, and client expectations
  • PR & Influencer Marketing: Support on planning, execution and reporting of PR initiatives and influencer marketing inhouse or with partner agencies
  • Digital: Delivery of CRM mailers, tracking and measurement
  • Wider Marketing Projects: Support on admin, planning and reporting, surveys, tracking management, conversion efficiency reporting, and all general admin and finance
  • Websites: Responsible for updating and management of all business website entities
  • Outreach: Support the national/local outreach team for activity planning and requests
  • Measurement & Tracking: working with the Senior Manager to ensure robust tracking and reporting across all entities, and building ongoing measurement frameworks
  • Input into strategic and creative direction of all campaigns, ideas, research, reporting docs, design and data analysis
  • Occasionally support the production team on brand campaigns and online and real-world event management

Key deliverables

  • Ownership of all reporting and required support for planning
  • Ongoing Social and website presence for owned channels and the business (EFF Socials, Escapes)
  • Delivery of successful campaigns in line with deadlines and targets
  • Driving media efficiency across all advertising channels on an ongoing basis
  • Supporting in the delivery of key content for Social channel growth/engagement

Qualifications and skills

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong desire to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Collaboration with external agencies, as well as the ability to fulfil in-house campaigns
  • Excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong acumen for data, measurement, and advertising efficiency
  • Experience in digital and social media ad management – Meta Ads Network, Google Suite, Tik Tok Advertising. Organic channel experience a bonus but not essential
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and CRM
  • Creative flair for digital advertising content to support driving better performance
  • Bonus but not essential – proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and/or video editing
