The De La Warr Pavilion is seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Manager to grow audiences, income and engagement for the De La Warr Pavilion and its programme.

The successful candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about music and the arts and be imaginative and bold in their approach to audiences. He/she will have a robust background in intelligent campaign marketing, both on and offline, being able to reach ambitious audience targets and evidence return on investment.
