Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

Mister Smith Entertainment is looking for a Manager, International Marketing & Publicity, to join their team.

About the company

Mister Smith Entertainment is involved in the financing, co-financing, licensing and distribution of high-quality mainstream feature films and filmmaker driven movies for the global market. MSE’s current sales slate includes the Brian Epstein biopic Midas Man, He Went That Way starring Jacob Elordi and Zachary Quinto, The Desperate Hour starring Naomi Watts and directed by Phillip Noyce and Michael Morris’ To Leslie starring Andrea Riseborough and Allison Janney.

The ideal candidate

• 2-3 years working in an entertainment marketing/publicity/events role, with experience working on independent films preferred
• Experience in film sales, film distribution or film festivals is desirable
• Experience in designing creative marketing and social media assets and working with video formats
• Excellent written communication/copywriting skills
• Impeccable eye for detail and a commitment to consistency across written and visual material
• Comfortable handling relationships with talent and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline and a flexibility in terms of workload and work hours
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, Mailchimp, familiarity with Adobe suite and design software a plus
• Based in London but we are flexible – note that we are working remotely with a view to taking new offices within the next 6 months
