LFF Screenings Coordinator x 2

Salary: £23,433 to £27,414 pro rata

The BFI is seeking two Screening Coordinators to support the Screenings Coordination team in delivering the BFI London Film Festival programme.

The ideal candidate will ensure that films will be screened in the right format, at the right time, in the right venue and will liaise with film-makers, producers regarding the screenings of their films. You will have technical knowledge of films formats and experience in print movement.

The Screenings Coordinators will assist with the transportation of films and videos and accompanying paperwork for the LFF programme, collaborating with BFI Despatch and national and international couriers. The role will require some flexibility with regard to working hours (maybe a requirement to work outside contracted hours including some evenings and week-ends by prior arrangement).
