Junior Floor Manager

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000

Olympic Studios is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Floor Manager to serve our guests to the highest standard in our busy Café & Dining room.

A cultural landmark with a rich history in music and film, Olympic Studios has been lovingly restored back to film as an independently owned, boutique three-screen cinema with a buzzy Café & Dining room, and private Members Club

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Floor Manager to serve our guests to the highest standard in our busy Café & Dining room

This would suit a candidate who has previous experience as a supervisor or Team leader within a restaurant environment.

Hours: Full-time
Contract: Permanent

What will you be doing day to day?

• Meeting and greeting our guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable
• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager
• Working as a team player at all times
• Motivating your team to sustain high performance and quality levels
• Helping to ensure a smooth and high-quality service
• Making sure all checklists and cleaning rotas are adhered to
