Role details
Role responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the BFI’s Cyber Security strategy, aligned with the BFI’s goals and digital transformation objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust security policies, procedures, and technologies to protect critical assets.
  • Convene and chair the cross-BFI Cyber Security group, to oversee continuous improvement activity, and share best practice and intelligence.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Experience managing Cyber Security teams and third-party vendors.
Person specification
  • Proven experience in a senior Cyber Security leadership role, ideally within the public sector, cultural institutions, or media/entertainment industries.
  • Strong knowledge of information security management frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Expertise in risk management, data protection, and incident response.
  • Demonstrable experience in securing digital platforms, cloud environments, and sensitive data.
  • Innovative, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving security challenges.
