Guest & Participation Services Coordinators

Salary: £442.50 per week

The Centre of the Moving Image is looking for a Guest & Participation Services Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

Guest & Participation Services Coordinators will ensure that each person attending the Festival has the most positive experience of EIFF. This may take the form of pre-Festival arrangements, accreditations, ongoing communications, travel, accommodation or hospitality. They will oversee arrangements for filmmaker, industry and press guests from all over the world, efficiently and within budget. They also manage guest schedules, facilitate hospitality and networking arrangements and provide a variety of other services, including but not limited to arranging tickets, translators and babysitters if required.

Working from home is initially required for this role, with some days requiring the post holder to be based at the CMI’s offices at Filmhouse on Lothian Road in Edinburgh. Office working will be more frequent as we near the Festival dates.

This is a full-time, fixed term position.

Dates: 23 May or 6 June – 26 August

Salary: £442.50 per week
