Glasgow Film Festival Print Traffic Coordinator

Salary: £23,760 per annum

Glasgow Film Festival is seeking an organised and motivated person who will be responsible for the full organisation of print transport for the festival.

Glasgow Film Festival screens around 250 films that come to us from all parts of the world.

In the run up to the Festival you will liaise with sales agents, distributors and filmmakers to collate all technical, and exhibition information on all films then develop and maintain the print transport database, keeping an accurate and up-to-date log of all films and their whereabouts. You will liaise with all courier firms and ensure all financial information is correctly processed, filed and accounts settled post Festival. You will work closely with the GFF Programme Manager and programming staff, and GFT Projection Team. During the festival, you will manage a team of volunteers ensuring the same arrival and pick up of all titles.
