Queen’s University Belfast seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Manager (FoH) to elevate the client experience, ensure the highest level of customer service and provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons.
You will manage the day-to-day aspects of Queen’s Film Theatre operations and delivery of the public programme as well as a small Front of House team ensuring it is run in an efficient and high-quality manner within current legislative and procedural guidelines.
You will work on a business responsive seven-day rota on campus and be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. This irregular pattern will vary depending on business requirements. In recognition of the flexibility required, a shift premium of 18% is paid in addition to the salary.

Essential criteria:
- Academic and/or vocational qualifications i.e. NVQ Level 3, A levels in relevant subject (or equivalent GCSE), or substantial relevant experience in a similar environment working at the required level
- Experience in supervisory or management role within the hospitality, theatre, cinema, or customer service environment
- Experience of producing staff rotas
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Strong IT experience including bespoke and MS packages in a work environment
