Front of House Assistant

Salary: £11.95 per hour

ArtHouse Crouch End are looking for a new member of staff to join their small but growing Front of House team.

ArtHouse Crouch End is a two screen, independent venue and we
pride ourselves in not just being a cinema but a venue offering live
stream events, special events with live Q&A’s, live music and comedy
nights. We also have a very cool café & bar. We have won a number of
awards including Time Out’s award of ‘London’s Best Cinema’ and we
are a London Living Wage employer.

We’re looking for a new member of staff to join our small but
growing Front of House team. You will be responsible for providing
excellent customer service to all ArtHouse visitors, handling ticket
sales and membership enquiries, serving food & drinks and keeping
the bar/café and cinema auditoriums clean and tidy.

Our ideal candidate is passionate, reliable, engaging and most
importantly a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You are
always willing to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations and
enhance our guest experience with every visit.

Your basic hours of duty will be no less than 18 hours a week on a
shift basis that will include evening & weekend work. Shift patterns
may vary from week to week.
