Cambridge Film Festival is seeking a Coordinator for its Friends & Patrons scheme.
The role will lead on coordination and delivery of a successful membership strategy for the 2022 Cambridge Film Festival.
Working with the small Festival management team and working remotely with frequent visits to the Cambridge Film Festival office (especially in the lead up to and during the Festival), you will coordinate the delivery and development of the Festival Friends & Patrons scheme as well as work to recruit and retain Friends and Patrons ahead of and during the Cambridge Film Festival 2022.

Essential skills and experience
- Experience and competence in customer service/sales/memberships
- Strong people skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
- Excellent administrative skills including excellent attention to detail alongside good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing small social media accounts and copywriting
Desirable skills & experience
- Experience of working on or with medium-scale events
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for cinema
- Knowledge of Cambridge and Cambridgeshire businesses, especially independent

- Location: Cambridge (main place of work: Cambridge Film Trust offices, Arts Picturehouse, 38 St. Andrew’s Street CB2 3AR).
- Flexible and remote working is available although some key days and dates, especially during the Festival, will require the candidate to attend office meetings and promote the scheme ahead of and during the Festival.
- Freelance fixed term: Mid August 2022 to Mid November 2022 with a possibility of an extension until March 2023.
- During the Festival the successful candidate will need to be able to be in-venue for extended periods and likely outside of office hours (events often take place in the evenings).
- There is a four-week probationary period for this position.
