Salary: £27,000 per annum

Finsbury Park Picturehouse will open its doors mid 2020 as part of the new Finsbury City North development. A full renovation is currently taking place across all 3 floors of the 7 screen cinema.

There will be a variety of F&B offerings in the form of a café-bar and Members’ Bar where the very highest standards of customer service and presentation will need to be maintained at all times. These elements are an integral part of the experience here.

In addition to a diverse programme of films, ranging from quality blockbusters to independent, classic, foreign-language and art-house, Finsbury Park Picturehouse will also show live HD broadcasts of productions from world-class arts venues, such as the New York Metropolitan Opera and the Bolshoi Ballet, theatre productions such as the Royal Shakespeare Company Live from Stratford-upon-Avon and National Theatre Live, art exhibitions and filmmaker Q&As.

Finsbury Park Picturehouse is part of Picturehouse Cinemas who operate 26 cinemas across the UK and are a stand-alone division of Cineworld PLC.

Vacancy

The successful candidate will have experience managing Front of House in a busy venue as well as overseeing the kitchen team and food operations. A passion for all things food and drink is key as well as an excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and craft beer market. Working knowledge of event, venue and shift management is key as is working with large teams in a customer service environment.

Please note there is a requirement to work 40 hours per week and have full flexibility over any of the seven days with regular work at evenings and weekends.
