Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Salary: £28,000 per annum

The Cinema at Selfridges, a three-screen cinema located in Selfridges London, is seeking an F&B Manager.

• Place of work: The Cinema at Selfridges, Duke Street, London
• Responsible to: General Manager
• Hours: 40 to 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Contract type: Permanent

The successful candidate will have experience managing F&B operations in a busy venue as well as making cocktails. A passion for all things food and drink is essential as is a good knowledge of wines and spirits. Working knowledge of venue and shift management is key as is working with large teams in a customer service environment

Please note there is a requirement to have flexibility over any of the seven days with regular work at evenings and weekends.
