Film Fund Production Coordinator

Salary: £30,141 - £35,622 per annum

The BFI is seeking a production Coordinator to contribute to the operation of the Film Fund by providing key support to the production team. To work with the Film Fund team and filmmakers to manage Lottery funded productions from application through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • To co-ordinate the assessment of production applications to the Film Fund
  • To support the process of decision-making by maintaining all databases, records and relevant paperwork
  • To deal with general enquiries relating to the Film Fund including explaining the application process
  • To work collaboratively with film fund production and executives by providing administrative support
We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role including experience in film and TV production
  • Previous experience providing administrative support to a team
  • Experience in maintaining databases
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively with excellent problem solving skills
