Vagabond Film Festival is seeking a Freelance Engagement and Production Assistant to coordinate key aspects of the festivals engagement supporting young people to engage with the festival through volunteering, curation and filmmaking. To support artists and school to create an animation in the lead up to the festival. To coordinate engagement activities on MK Festival Fringe Peddling Culture Project.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new film festival organised by Independent Cinema Milton Keynes.
Vagabond Film Festival will offer family films, animation workshops, international films, exclusive previews, Back to Back Theatre’s The Democratic Set, free events, a Neil Brand silent film for kids with live score, talks, filmmaker Q&As + a 48 hour film challenge to Milton Keynes supported by IF: Milton Keynes International Festival, MK Gallery and MK College.
Vagabond is supported with funding from Arts Council England, BFI Film Audience Network, Milton Keynes Council & MK Gallery.
