Co-Director, People & Programme

The Lexi Cinema

London

Salary: £40,000 per annum

The Lexi Cinema is recruiting for a new role: Co-Director, People & Programme.

This role is the co-directorship of a forward-facing cultural cinema, with commitments to sustainability and accessibility, reporting to the Lexi’s non-executive board.

The Lexi is a busy independent cinema with a complex calendar of public screenings and private hires, and as Co-Director, People & Programme, you will be responsible for liaising with its external programmer to ensure its film programme is compelling and commercially successful.

You will ensure the accessibility of the Lexi’s programme by building on the cinema’s relationships with community partners. You will maintain the Lexi website, write its newsletter, and manage the ever-popular Lexi Membership scheme. You are the Lexi’s voice on social media and its representative to external stakeholders.
