Audience Development Manager

Salary: £29,700 per annum

VocalEyes is seeking a new member of our team. We believe passionately that blind and partially sighted people have an equal right to experience and enjoy arts and heritage, and work with around 100 theatres and 40 museums each year to make their performances, events, tours and venues more accessible and inclusive.

We’re seeking an Audience Development Manager to help us develop our capacity to understand, reach and grow blind and partially sighted audiences for the arts and cultural heritage in the UK. They will have overall responsibility for management and strategic development of VocalEyes’ marketing, web and social media communications, specifically to raise awareness of audio description in the arts and heritage sector, as well as specific events, performances and venues. The post is full time, based at our London office, with some travel, reporting to the Chief Executive, and will be responsible for line managing the Marketing and Administration Officer.
