The BFI is seeking an Administrator to support the Global Screen Fund team and oversee the administration of the GSF application system and award management.
- Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2022

Key responsibilities
- Administer application schemes, answer queries and supply advice to grant recipients and potential applicants
- Working on the grants management system, Blackbaud (aka GIFTS), processing and assessing eligibility of applications
- To support the Project Manager in setting up and delivering GSF projects
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
Skills & experience
- Experience and understanding of using database systems, such as GIFTS
- Proven administrative skills and experience of team working effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
The role is predominantly based at Stephen Street, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
