This multi-AFI-award winning feature is a tender and detailed portrait of the lives of two teenage sisters following the death of their mother. The troubled girls are played by Emma Lung (The Jammed) and Emily Browning (Ned Kelly) whose adventures include taking refuge in a car with no wheels, shoplifting, romance, busking and a drug overdose.
Robert Morgan plays their father, tentatively pulling himself out his reclusive state of grief and into the world of dating.
