This charming Chinese-American animation – boasting a superb voice cast including Luke Wilson, Eddie Izzard, J.K. Simmons, Mae Whitman and Lewis Black – tells the uplifting story of a young dog with musical ambitions.
Wide-eyed Tibetan Mastiff Bodi (Wilson) is expected to become the next village guard to a group of fun-loving sheep, assuming the role from his dad, Khampa (Simmons). But everything changes when a radio falls out of the sky and he is introduced to music by rock god Angus Scattersgood (Izzard).
Leaving home to pursue his ambitions, Bodi attracts the attention of Khampa’s nemesis Linnux (Black), the leader of a hungry wolf pack, and it’s up to Bodi to save his family and friends from harm without giving up his newfound dream.
