Located just a few minutes walk from London Bridge, our open plan office provides a convenient working space within a friendly, vibrant cultural organisation. We have up to six desks available to rent and can offer short and long-term rentals with flexible contracts.

Fee
- £275+VAT per desk per calendar month (5 days a week)
- Or £55+VAT per desk per day for a calendar month
Office opening hours
- 9am-6pm (Monday – Friday)
Access to the office is unavailable outside of these times. Renters will be issued with a fob to access the gated complex and the office building but will not have their own set of keys to the office for security and insurance purposes.
Disclaimers
- The meeting room is usually heavily booked on Tuesdays so access to it will be limited on these days.
- Internet speeds while connected via ethernet (ethernet ports available to connect to from every desk) are on average 70 Mbps download speeds and 18 Mbps upload speeds. We run a fair usage policy on use of the internet and printers.
- As this is a shared open-plan office, if most of your work is on the phone (e.g. telesales) this space will not be appropriate for you.
- On rare occasions, we may also decline renters if we perceive any conflict of interest in terms of our business operations.
