Testimonials

We had a fantastic response to last year’s programme with 100% of the respondents saying they would recommend the course.

One participant remarked:

Many managers feel that they don’t need to do a course like this because they’re managers – they already know it all. This is of course not always the case! This course offers an excellent overview of the key aspects of management, providing solutions to problems that you didn’t know existed, and solutions to everyday common challenges. It is also an excellent opportunity to get to know colleagues from the world of exhibition and distribution – that, perhaps, is the most beneficial aspect of the course.

More comments from 2014 participants:

I now plan my working days in advance in order to make the most effective use of my time and have a long term goal I’m working towards.

The sessions gave me confidence to think about and address the ‘bigger picture’ of my professional life.

The coaching felt incredibly supportive and gave me the time and space to think through work issues in depth.
I was able to air issues that I couldn’t in any other forum; it was a highly valuable experience.

We asked participants what was the single most useful thing they would take away after attending Elevate. They replied:

The MBTI results were really eye-opening!
I left the course feeling more confident in myself and my role in the industry.
I’m [going to] look into more coaching as it is incredibly useful to have an external perspective on your work.
A better understanding of how I work and how I can work better with others who have different management styles.
