Progress updates

Here you can find the ICO’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan for the period 2024-26.  The action plan was created by all ICO staff.  It looks at all aspects of our organisation’s operations, from governance, recruitment, HR, finance, marketing to our deliverable activities.  It identifies areas where we need to effect change and records our concrete, measurable commitments to do so. We will update on our progress on the plan twice a year. 

This plan is not fixed and will evolve with the ICO, the wider sector and the world at large. It is fully open to comment and critique, and we welcome your feedback on it. Please send any queries or comments to: info@independentcinemaoffice.org.uk.
