After the death of her lover a young woman Mann (Lam) sets out to find the landscape her artist boyfriend had painted from a childhood memory, with the aid of the local postman Lit (played by raising mainland star Ye). The film’s beauty was rewarded in a best cinematography award for Arthur Wong at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
