Number 8 is looking for a dynamic Programme and Marketing Manager to lead and develop exciting initiatives that inspire audiences and bring the community together.

Role responsibilities

The Programme and Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintaining and developing Number 8’s arts programme across all areas of the facility. They are also responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Person specifications

• Experience in programme development and marketing.
• Strong creative and strategic skills to drive engagement.
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
• A deep appreciation for arts and community projects.
• The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment.
