Salary: £36-45,000

Curzon is seeking a new HR Manager to work with the CEO, COO and Head of Operational HR to provide pragmatic, commercial, and business focused HR support and ER advice to the Curzon group and develop the Company’s HR strategy.
Role details:
  • Full time (35hrs per week)
  • Permanent role
Role responsibilities:
  • Participate in the smooth running of the recruitment process, securing the right talent that fit and contribute to the overall company culture
  • Assist the Head of Operational HR in preparation and issuing of new starter documentation including job descriptions, contracts, offer letters, right to work documents, reference requests and processing information on payroll system.
  • Support employees with first-line issues with our HR software and our e-learning platform
  • Monitor training compliance, HR Audits, Exit Interviews etc
  • Participate in managing potential Employee Relations issues for the group
  • Assist with onboarding or new employees
  • Manage and evolve employee benefits
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of regular and ad hoc L&D activity
  • Oversee Head Office personal reviews programme
  • Advise line managers and other employees on employment law and the Company’s own employment policies and procedures
  • Work with senior colleagues on evolving company HR approach, initiatives policies
    and practice.
Role requirements:
  • Strong conflict management and decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of employee relationships and labour management.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of people, both within the organisation and externally.
  • CIPD qualification in Human Resources or equivalent prior experience in HR role is required.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and general interest in film
