Curzon has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their team as a Cinemas Support Technology Assistant.
The Cinemas Support Technology Assistant will join the Group Technology team and handle our on-site cinema support. The role will involve traveling to our sites and assisting with a variety of in-venue technical issues ranging from equipment installations/swaps, to troubleshooting internet/networking issues. Also manage 1st and 2nd line support requests through the Jira ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded and encourage cinema manager interaction with the Jira platform.
This is a full-time, permanent salaried position, with an annual salary of £28-30,000 per annum depending on experience. It is a field-based role with the bulk of the work in London but also visits to our Head Office and regional venues.
