About the role
The BFI is seeking a Head of Partnership Fulfilment to join its Fundraising and Enterprise directorate.
This is a newly created role to lead the delivery of all BFI’s commercial and sponsorship partnerships across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients. This role will join the Fundraising and Enterprise Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for both strategy and delivery of existing, new, and renewal-based partnerships as well as leading and inspiring a team dedicated to providing the best possible experiences for BFI’s clients.
Key responsibilities
- Delivery of all partnership assets for brand partnerships across BFI portfolio
- Lead the development, planning, recruitment and stewardship strategy for all Business Partnerships & Enterprise partnerships
- Collaborate with other income generating teams across the organisation including Private Hire, Marketing and Press to ensure all opportunities for income generation and development are explored and implemented
- Responsibility for achieving partnership renewal income targets and creating an environment where new business can flourish
The BFI seeks candidates with:
- Substantial manager level experience in account management, commercial realisation and project delivery
- Knowledge of sponsorship and partnership delivery in either or both film sector and cultural charities
- Successful track record of project delivery in either the film/entertainment/arts/broader cultural sector
- Experience of strategic planning and the confidence to influence senior level decision-making
