Curated streaming service Klassiki are looking for a Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator.
Fixed-term, full-time contract for 6 months with possibility of extension

About Klassiki
Klassiki is a curated streaming service, offering the best of cinema from Eastern Europe, Ukraine, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Currently present in the UK and USA, our film library hosts a rich and diverse collection of silent masterpieces, classic comedies and dramas and critically-acclaimed new releases from the region. Our current and potential audience include cinephiles (experience seekers), who are keen to immerse themselves in the rich and poetic traditions of Central and Eastern European cinema, as well as members of the diaspora (connection seekers), who want to stay connected with the art and culture of their home countries.
We’re a small team based in the UK, comprising of individuals who are passionate about spotlighting new film voices as well as showcasing hidden gems from the region that deserve to be watched, shared and celebrated.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has substantial knowledge of the evolving digital marketing landscape, is good with words and numbers, shares our love for great cinema, and can combine all of the above in a strategic way to shape, steer and sustain Klassiki’s marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members to define & develop Klassiki’s long-term online & offline marketing and partnerships strategy with the aim of increasing brand awareness, growing memberships and developing audiences in the UK & USA.
- Brainstorm with the team to deliver effective & engaging marketing campaigns for all online and in-venue film screenings, events, and other associated activities.
- Supervise and contribute in the planning and implementation of promotional digital campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Google ads.
- Create regular ad copy, images and videos as per brief for all digital platforms
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the timely delivery of all marketing assets such as: Press Release, Posters, Website, social media assets and Trailers.
- Identify potential partners, collaborators and sponsors, and negotiate productive and mutually-beneficial alliances to enhance brand visibility and grow our subscriber base in the UK and US.
- Track & analyse campaigns, and share outcomes/recommendations with the team on regular basis
- Keep an eye on competitive trends in the digital marketing ecosystem and share best practices with the team
- Share our love and desire for great cinema from the region to be discovered and appreciated by a wider audience
Experience and Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of experience in online and offline marketing, in the film or cultural sector in the UK or US
- A strong understanding and awareness of the correlation between digital communication, brand building (particularly in the SVOD segment), and audience engagement
- Ability to collate and analyse data, and translate the results into action points
- Native-level fluency in English with strong copywriting skills; knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, MSOffice, Mailchimp and Canva
- Familiarity with Facebook and Google ads manager, WordPress and/or HTML skills
- Experience of Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro is strongly desirable
