Education Team Coordinator

Salary: £30,141 - £35,622 per annum
The BFI is seeking a coordinator to support the Director Education and Learning and coordinating the development and implementation of key strategies, programmes and business planning initiatives within the Education and Learning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive diary and email inbox management.
- Full coordination, agenda preparation and minute-taking for internal and external in person and virtual (Zoom) meetings
- Undertaking financial administration
- Overseeing the administration of Lottery funded programmes
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience of working in an administrative or coordinator support capacity.
- Proven experience of delivering effective support, including travel arrangements, diary and email management and recording and preparing minutes.
- Experience of handling tight deadlines and last-minute changes under pressure, adapting quickly and problem-solving independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to provide aprofessional and proactive
