Salary: £22,847 - £26,341 per annum + 5% availability allowance

Warwick Arts Centre sits at the heart of a university campus and alongside a busy and wide-ranging artistic programme we manage and deliver graduation and conference events for the university. We are an integral part of the regional arts ecology, work closely with our local community, and aim to reflect that community in all that we do.

Over the past 2 years, we have completed and opened a new building and restated our vision and values. Due to these changes, we have invested in our people and wish to expand our teams, so this is an exciting time to join us.

About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic, inclusive and collaborative technical administrator who is dedicated to working within a customer focussed, multiskilled team to deliver the highest quality in everything you and the team do?

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to assist the Technical Manager with the day-to-day administration and support for the technical team to deliver technical and production management of our events.

About You

You will assist with planning, organising and delivery of technical requirements for events, rotas, riders, health and safety, maintenance, training, team and cross departmental communications. You will have a good knowledge of the technical requirements of the different artforms presented at Warwick Arts Centre, with previous experience in a performing arts organisation and excellent interpersonal skills.

It’s our job to bring art into more people’s lives and the Technical Coordinator will be integral to helping us reach more people in new ways by supporting the safe delivery of our wide-ranging events and exhibition programme on and off site.
