Into Film is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people’s educational, cultural and personal development. We are proud to say that over half of UK schools engage with our exciting programme of film clubs, cinema screenings, resources and training.

About the role

We are looking for the Audience Development Coordinator who will work on the year-round activities designed to encourage and incentivise cinema-going to ensure young people become the paying audience of the future. The Into Film Festival remains the flagship event of this audience development activity and the coordinator will provide a pivotal role in the event logistics, contributing to the ongoing success of the project from planning through to delivery.

The successful applicant will have an experience of working in the film industry, on a film festival or on a large-scale cultural event. Knowledge of the film industry – particularly exhibition and distribution is required along with excellent administration skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent attention to detail and used to working to tight deadlines on a large project or event and the ability to work autonomously, in a highly organised manner, with good time management skills.

• Full time: (35hrs/week), Monday to Friday / Fixed term contract until 31/03/2023
• Based: UK-Wide/Hybrid working
