The BFI is seeking a BFI NETWORK Coordinator to join their team.
We are seeking a BFI NETWORK Coordinator to play an instrumental role in the continuity and support of the many exciting BFI NETWORK partnerships and programmes and ensure the smooth coordination, marketing and delivery of key outreach activity.
Supporting the Head of BFI NETWORK and the Talent Programme Manager, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining the BFI NETWORK website and social media output, including creating original and exciting content, and working closely with the BFI’s digital team to forward plan and develop the site. The successful candidate will also play a key role in coordinating annual large-scale workshops and events, marketing BFI NETWORK activities and providing coordination support across the BFI NETWORK project.
Knowledge & Skills
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for British independent film and film talent, and the adjacent creative sectors
- Proven experience working on big projects and event management
- Experience of writing and commissioning articles for an online audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure, to prioritise and deal with a wide range of contacts effectively
