The Centre for the Moving Image is looking for a Programme Planning Assistant to join the team for the 2022 Edinburgh International Film Festival.
About the role
The Programme Planning Assistant will support the delivery of all Festival screenings and events both on screen and online to ensure they run smoothly and successfully. As part of a small team, you will help with data entry and clerical work as well as a variety of other tasks to support the department’s work. The role may also include researching and securing films; planning screenings and events; preparing and polishing the Festival’s main publications; and seeing to it that all other parties have the information, instructions, materials, and additional support they need to implement all our screenings and events successfully.
It’s a full-time, fixed term position.
- Dates: 28 March to 2 September 2022
- Salary: £375 per week
Working from home is currently required for this role, but some days will require the post holder to be based at the Centre for the Moving Image’s offices at Filmhouse on Lothian Road in Edinburgh.
