Volunteers Coordinator (BFI Flare)

The BFI is seeking a Volunteers Coordinator to join the 2022 BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival on a fixed term basis.
Fixed Term Contract: 28 February – 1 April 2022
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment/interview process of new volunteers
- Collecting volunteer information, availability, and skills, and maintaining an up-to-date database.
- Keep volunteer records up to date including availability, contact details and rota.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrable and significant previous administrative experience gained within a Festival or similarly fast-paced environment, in a similar role
- An appreciation of, and passion for LGBTQIA+ arts and culture
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
The ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend work during the Festival, is essential to the role.
