Salary: £30,141 - £35,622
The BFI is seeking a Grants & Partnerships Coordinator who will coordinate the grants processes and provide project delivery support for the BFI Film Academy programme, ensuring its effective development and delivery.
You will be responsible for:
- Act as the first point of contact for BFI Film Academy delivery partners, providing guidance for programme funding and application queries
- Coordinate grants processes including checking the eligibility of project applications and ensuring the administration of funding decisions complies with the BFI’s Lottery Policy
- Coordinate and participate in the Performance Review Process for grant recipients
- To act as the Exams Officer for the NCFE qualification ‘Preparing to Work in the Film Industry’
- To compile management information and prepare required reporting for internal and external stakeholders
You will have:
- Proven experience in a project administration or coordination role
- Experience of using and maintaining a range of databases, spreadsheets and records.
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and stakeholder management experience
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a heavy and varied workload
