Screen & Story Film Festival is looking for volunteers ahead of its 2021 edition.

Screen & Story Film Festival is run by a group of volunteers passionate about developing aspiring film talent around the world, giving them a platform to showcase their work. You would become part of an amazing group of people that will help develop your presence within the film industry. We’re open to people applying for roles that they might not necessarily have experience in, but where they want to develop that skillset.

Roles

Festival Producer(s)

We’re looking for two producers to join our festival team. One to look after the main film festival and another to run the live events, Q&A sessions and workshops. You need to be highly organised, motivated and cope well under pressure.

Marketing & PR

We need an amazing marketing and PR leader to join us in spreading the word of the festival far and wide. Developing marketing and PR strategies, you’ll help us get coverage and reach a bigger audience for 2021.

Head of Film Submissions

This year we’re opening the festival to feature films. We’re looking for someone to lead our film review team, implementing score cards, managing the team of film reviewers and ultimately joining the directors in curating the festival programme.

Global Film Reviewers

An avid film lover with an eye for a good story. You can view a film on face value, deconstruct the story and the craft of the film to come to an informed decision and review of the film. You’ll be one of the first to see the films as they are submitted to the festival.

Global Script Reviewers

You’re a passionate screenwriter that knows your way round a great story. You understand script structure, formatting, storytelling techniques and methods and the ability to identify character and story arcs. You’ll love reading and most importantly, film!
