Salary: £24,345 - £28,245 plus generous benefits package
We are seeking a Certification Coordinator to provide proactive administrative support to the Certification Unit team across the Film, High-end Television, Animation Television, Children’s Television and Video Games sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- To assess and analyse applications under the Cultural Tests and provide informed recommendations to the DCMS
- To advise applicants on the application procedure and supporting document requirements via email, telephone and in person
- To log and acknowledge applications and track all cases across the creative sectors
- To use and maintain the GIFTS/IGAMS database for the Certification Unit
- To provide administrative support to the Certification Unit team
You will have
- An awareness of the British creative sector certification and tax relief process and its value to the Creative Industries and wider economy
- Good understanding of the film, television and video games production and development processes
- Demonstrable ability to work autonomously with a proactive and customer focused approach
- Experience of providing support and office management in a busy environment

The role is predominantly based at Stephen Street, however, in response to the current Covid-19 pandemic all team members are currently working remotely from home until the foreseeable future.
