Access & Engagement Coordinator

Salary: £1,275 (equivalent to 85 hours at £15 per hour)

Take One Action are seeking a knowledgeable coordinator to support their commitment to best practice in inclusion and accessibility – especially in relation to D/deaf and disability access measures

In this multi-faceted role, you will be the key advocate for all access requirements across Festival activities, offering support, guidance, knowledge and experience to ensure the approach is cohesive and meaningful. You will ensure best practice in access measures for low-income, LGBTQI+, D/deaf and disabled audiences; ensure digital screenings and events – and promotional content – are accessible and effectively communicated to relevant groups; act as access contact for audiences, and monitor the success of these measures against Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
