Your chance to meet and catch up with Brighton-based filmmaking talent!
Come to our Talent Mixer evening at the Lighthouse in Brighton, held from 6 to 9pm on Thursday 14th November during CINECITY 2019. This informal event is open to writers, directors and producers with the aim of developing ideas and nurturing new productions. It will provide local creatives with the chance to chat over a drink and form new filmmaking teams.
Tom Wightman, BFI Talent Executive for the South East will be in attendance to help keep you up to date with latest funding and talent development opportunities.
Plus, we have a special talk led by Jo Duncombe, British Council’s Film Programme Manager, about festival strategy and British Council’s Travel Grant Scheme.
This evening is one of Film Hub South East’s regional talent meet-ups. Whether you’re a first-time filmmaker, animator, writer or producer, these meet-ups are a chance to meet each other, chat and share ideas.
Attendance is FREE.
