Bar and Cinema Supervisor

Salary: £18,000

Ilkley Cinema is an exciting new project based in the town of Ilkley and gateway to the Dales.
The Cinema offers a modern and high quality experience with sofa style seating, Sony Ultra 4K projection and Dolby 7.1 surround sound.

We are looking for a hard working but creative and outgoing supervisor of this small event with experience in bar management and an interest in films, looking for a new opportunity to help create what we hope to be one of the best small cinema experiences in the country

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Shift supervision of the cinema bar and operations
• Assisting in staff training and rotas
• Marketing of films and events
• Responsibility for staff, stock, customer service and cash during shift

Qualifications and experience

Essential

• Prior experience at a supervisory level at a bar and/or Cinema front of house
• Degree on HND (or equivalent) required
• GCSE in Maths and English
• Digital Programming

Desirable

• High level of interest and understanding in computers, Audio and Sound Systems at a domestic or professional level
• Personal Licence to sell Alcohol
• Driving Licence
