Operations Manager

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000

The Phoenix Cinema in East Finchley is looking for a new Operations Manager to lead its Duty Management, FOH and Café staff team during an exciting time for the cinema.

This is a full-time role; applicants who can work four days/week will also be considered.

The Phoenix is currently seeking new ways to maintain our status as an independently-run venue, which include transformational initiatives across our operations. The postholder will play a central role, working to ensure the smooth running of the cinema, as well as instigating, promoting and improving income generating initiatives.

This varied role offers the opportunity to take a lead in many aspects of cinema operational management. We are seeking an energetic and proactive individual who will work as part of a team effort to take the Phoenix into the future.
