Project Manager
Raising Films
London
Salary: £150 per day fee
Thanks to our crowdfunder, Raising Films is embarking on a new phase in its existence. After three years of work as a volunteer-led organisation, with the support of a part-time project manager, we are now seeking to build on our work in individual support and training, championing parent & carer access and unconscious bias issues at employer/influencer level and continuing to build on our body of research and recommendations to make a fairer industry for all.
As an organisation focused on driving equality and inclusion, we are particularly keen to consider applicants from communities that have been systemically marginalised within the arts and media industries. We support remote and flexible working.
We are seeking to hire a Project Manager (job share) to work 50 days per annum.
With a part-time Project Manager already in place, we are looking for another Project Manager to job share this as an expanded role which encompasses the previously established tasks, whilst also taking responsibility for a lot of the work done by the founders until now.
The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter, an efficient event organiser, deadline driven and with strong people skills. Experience in remote-working is recommended and fluency in a remote-working software programme (such as Slack) is desirable.
Since this role requires meetings and presentations with partner organisations, many of which are in London, we are looking for someone London-based.
